This Privacy Policy explains how StockAttic Technologies LTD processes personal information on the public website at https://stockattic.com. The authenticated application at https://app.stockattic.com is a separate digital property and may collect additional account, subscription, usage, portfolio, alert, and application data under application-specific notices and terms.

The public website includes a contact/custom-plan form. If you use it, we may collect the fields you submit, such as name, email address, phone number, country, company, team size, enquiry type, and message content.

If you contact us by email, request support, register for a webinar, join a waitlist, subscribe to updates, or follow links into the application, we may process the information you provide through those interactions.

When you visit the public website, technical information may be processed by the website, hosting infrastructure, security systems, and browser runtime. This can include IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, browser and device information, pages requested, referral URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

The pricing page may request public plan information from https://app.stockattic.com/api/public/plans. The marketing site may pass country information inferred from hosting request headers so public plan availability and currency can be displayed.

The reviewed website code does not implement public-site authentication cookies or a cookie consent center. The site may still use essential technical storage or logs needed for hosting, security, routing, and performance.

The code supports optional Google Analytics through NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID and a generic analytics identifier through NEXT_PUBLIC_ANALYTICS_ID. These analytics variables were not configured in the reviewed local production environment. If enabled later, analytics technologies may collect page views, events, device information, and referral data. See our Cookie Policy.

We use personal information to operate and secure the public website, respond to enquiries, route custom-plan requests, provide support, display current public plan information, measure website performance if analytics are configured, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand website performance, improve content, and plan product development.

Based on the reviewed code and configuration, public website integrations include the authenticated application at https://app.stockattic.com, the public plans API, signup and login links, and the webinar URL at https://hi.stockattic.com.

The repository includes optional configuration for Google Analytics and for a contact-delivery provider through a server-only API key, but no specific contact-delivery vendor was configured in the reviewed environment. We do not name processors that were not verified.

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the website, application links, forms, analytics if enabled, security, hosting, and communications. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transaction involving StockAttic Technologies LTD.

We do not sell personal information based on the reviewed public-site code and configuration.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to enquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing terms, and complying with law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The public website may be accessed from multiple countries. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

The public website is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information through the website if you are not old enough to use it under laws that apply to you.
