1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of the public website at https://stockattic.com. Account-based use of https://app.stockattic.com may be subject to additional application rules.

  • probe, scan, test, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, access controls, or abuse-prevention systems without written authorization;
  • introduce malware, harmful code, corrupted data, spam, or excessive automated traffic;
  • scrape, harvest, or mine website content, research previews, pricing data, or contact information in a manner that burdens the site or violates rights;
  • copy, resell, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit website content without permission;
  • impersonate StockAttic Technologies LTD, its personnel, another user, or any third party;
  • misrepresent that StockAttic Technologies LTD is a broker, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, bank, regulator-approved service, or licensed securities provider unless we have expressly published that status.

3. Forms and Communications

Information submitted through contact forms or email must be accurate enough for us to evaluate and respond to the request. Do not submit confidential trading instructions, brokerage credentials, payment-card data, sensitive personal information, or third-party personal information that you are not authorized to provide.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including blocking requests, removing content, restricting access, preserving evidence, contacting service providers, or reporting unlawful conduct to competent authorities.

5. Reporting Misuse
